We meet on a weekly basis for encouragement, support, and education. The group runs usually include a short warm up, 30 minutes of walking, walk/run, or running, then stretching and a chat about issues related to recovery and/or mental health.
We also offer (periodically), social events like a winter party, painting and art classes.
