We’re so glad you’re interested in improving your wellness. Your physical and mental health are closely related and we’ve found that starting with your physical health is one of the best ways to improve your mental health.

We ask that all participants complete an online waiver. It’ll seem like you’re buying a ticket but it’s free, you just need to enter your name, email, and agree to the waiver.

Meeting FAQs

  1. You DON’T have to run. You are welcome to move at your own pace. However, we’ll gently encourage you to move fast enough to raise your heart rate because that’s when you’ll get the most benefit

  2. We ask that you NOT smoke or vape during our time together. This is out of respect for other people’s health and also to help you learn how exercise can make you feel better and curb cravings.

  3. Once you’ve come to 2 meetings we’ll provide you with a pair of running shoes. We only ask that you contribute at least $1. You can give more if you like. We only have limited supplies of sizes and colors so please be patient.

  4. We hope that you keep coming and we’ll provide other incentives.

Our goal for you is that exercise becomes a regular part of your recovery and life.
