Every great journey starts when you decide to move.

We are so excited that you have joined us here to start your fitness journey. The goal is happiness, the simple joy of moving. You don’t need fancy equipment just get up and get started.

We all know that exercise is good for us (check Science tab) but hardly any of us get enough. Too often we let excuses keep us from starting.

Let’s change that… Get started… Right now! You will be amazed at how good you’ll feel after the first time.

Start each time with an easy warm-up, leg swings and dynamic stretching. End with static stretching (holding the stretches for roughly 30 seconds).

Day 1

You very likely already saw what we recommend for day one but just in case you missed it:

  1. Walk 20 minutes briskly

  2. 10 air squats

  3. 10 push-ups (any variation)

  4. 10 crunches

Day 2

Rest! It’s so important when you’re starting out to get plenty of rest and drink extra water. You’re asking your body to do some things it’s not used to doing.

Day 3

  1. Walk 20 minutes briskly

  2. 11 air squats

  3. 11 push-ups (any variation)

  4. 11 crunches

Day 4

Rest

Day 5

  1. Walk 20 minutes

  2. 12 air squats

  3. 12 push-ups (any variation)

  4. 12 crunches

Day 6

You guessed it, rest! :-)

Day 7

  1. Walk 30 minutes

  2. Extra stretching, remember to hold those stretches for 30 secs
